If you are the Deceased's Spouse (or De Facto Spouse), Child or you are financially
dependent upon the deceased at the time of his or her death and the Deceased's Will

- The size of the Estate;
- Your financial circumstances including who is financially dependent upon you;
- Your current heath status;
- The people named in the Will and their relationship with the Deceased; and

may be too late and your right to claim may be lost.
