Morgan Solomon - Director
Morgan practises in the areas of commercial and business law, commercial and contract
dispute resolutions, commercial litigation, property law, estate planning, wills
and probate and challenging wills.
Morgan also has a special interest in the arts and intellectual property law and
regularly provides advice to the national arts community and sits on several arts
and charity boards
Kate Dwyer – Associate
Kate Dwyer is an Associate in our Commercial Team and works in the areas of commercial
and corporate law, property law (including commercial leasing and property transfers),
dispute resolution and wills and estates.
Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia
in 2004 and has been part of the BBV team since 2003.
Kate is also an army reservist and holds the rank of Captain in the Australian Army
Legal Corps. She is currently studying part time for a Post-graduate Diploma in
Military Law at the Australian National University.
